Layout

An arial visual of the BSWRR layout shows four main tracks. These four tracks run two routes. This layout goes throughout the house covering two bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. Future growth is shown in dashed-grey, to include the rest of the house.

By looking at the four left rooms (ie: excluding the right two), break these into four quadrants.

• Amtrak is located in the upper left quadrant.
• Locomotive works is located in the upper right quadrant.
• Railyard is located is located in the lower left quadrant.
• All four tracks come together in the lower right quadrant, allowing trains to change from track a to track d along the bottom wall. This is done by a double crossover on tracks b-c. four additional turnouts assist trains going from a-b, and c-d.
  This room also icludes a city, waterfront ndustry, and two double track bridges.
